FAQ

What do I need to bring for my child?
Change of clothes, naptime blanket and pillow and diapers and wipes if your child is not pottytrained.

Do you provide meals?
Yes, breakfast at 8:30, lunch at 11:30, snack at 2:30 and a 4:30 munchie.

Can my friend/relative pick up my child?
Yes, if they are listed on your pick up list and they come with a photo ID.

What is your illness policy?
You would need to keep your children home for the following symptoms:

  • Fever, Vomiting or Diarrhea --- 12 hours after symptoms are gone

  • Chicken Pox --- 4 to 7 days or until pox are dry

  • Conjunctivitis (pink eye) --- 2 days of treatment

  • Lice --- COMPLETELY GONE

 

Is there a registration fee?
Yes, a one time registration fee of $40.00.

Do you accept alternate payment programs?
Yes, we just need to receive authorization from the agency before your child begins.

Do you work with my pay schedule?
Yes, we can set up a payment plan to coincide with your pay days.

Does my child have to nap?
We don't force a child to nap, but we do encourage a quiet/rest period.

Can I bring my own food for my children?
Yes, however it has to meet the USDA guidelines.

Can my child bring their toys from home to school?
We prefer that they only bring them on Wednesday for share day. We do understand if they need them for a smooth transition at drop-off but we can not guarantee they will not be lost or broken.

We are not responsible for lost or broken toys but will make every effort to get them safely back home. If your child has a security blanket/stuffed animal that they need at naptime they are welcome to bring them daily or store them in their cubby.
